Christmas with The Breeders is something I could get behind.
Is that why she's your ex?My ex put her Xmas tree up last month
This or the closest Saturday after if I’m busy, nobody should put the decorations up in Novemeber! Early December is good as you get your money’s worth out of the tree!Ours go up 1 December.
Christmas decorations can only go up once the smileys change on here, thems the rules.
When are they changing??![]()
My thoughts entirely. No ones hurting anyone by putting their decorations up. It’s their home and their choice. If it makes them happy then good luck to them. It’s got **** all to with anyone else and the fact people choose to moan about it is just pathetic. We put it up 2-3 weeks before. Who cares when others choose to get in the spirit.
Or 'Cheese & Whine'.
The rule for Christmas has always been 12 days before hadn't it and always supposed to be down by 2nd. Seen a few with a them up personal preference though I guess but for me it's waaay to early
Rule? Rule? For Christmas trees and decorations?
Promise me that you’re having a laugh, the tree goes up and gets garlanded with lights and baubles whenever the enemy asks me to get it all out of the garage, it all comes down round about my old dad’s birthday, January 6.
I don’t mind adhering to rules about stopping at red lights, and insuring her car, plus paying the VED, surely that’s enough rules for anyone.
it's more about TV adverts these days, it's no wonder people are putting up the deco around the same time as the adverts start.I mean the rules are pretty clear and are there for a reason.
Putting up the tree was done traditionally at the start of advent which marks the lead up to the celebration of the birth of Jesus. Kind of the whole point of Christmas.
Just no.......ban needed.I can hardly wait......![]()

Can't people enjoy the true spirit of Christmas and Easter without bringing religion into it?
