Not all, just most US ones, and yes, because they can last longer due to decreased sensitivity.
Some also prefer the look, but that's down to social conditioning.

It's the other way around - most people prefer their men to be cut. There is a very good reason why the vast majority of male porn stars are circumcised.
I don't have a problem with it personally. I can see the controversy in it (it is a form of genital mutilation) but it's nowhere near as detrimental as some can make it out to be, and can in fact be a positive.
I don't think it's detrimental. I just think it is a pointless exercise in all but a few situations.

There are many studies showing the exact opposite, which is why all of this is so controversial.
There is no valid evidence to support your claim.
I found some studies showing the exact opposite - some of them even claiming that circumcised men have "increased penile sensitivity and enhanced ease of reaching orgasm".
We could go on all day posting conflicting studies. The truth is that there is not enough valid and certain evidence to prove your claim that it reduces sexual pleasure.
Your female friends who claim to have great experience of both circumcised and uncircumcised men doesn't count as valid either, and neither does an episode of Pen & Teller.

Nope. Like I said, all you'll find are conflicting studies which is one of the reasons why circumcision is so controversial.

Independent poll on another forum resulted in the following:
26% preferred a circumcised man.
52% uncut.
22% had no preference.
From a sensitivity aspect, anyone uncut can attest to how sensitive you are to any external friction. If being cut didn't decrease the sensitivity, wearing pants would be a very uncomfortable thing.
Not saying one is better than the other, just that I think it's pointless for the most part, and unfair to force it on to babies.
