Thoughts on new gaming Rig.

He is the OP.

Complete derp, sorry! lol

I have that PSU, apparently it's not a great choice but works fine for me - also you may perhaps want to hold off on that chair still as some were having problems with it. May be fixed by now, but perhaps better to wait for a couple of weeks? You should be okay though

Another thing, if you wanted slim bezels on your monitor, look elsewhere haha. I have that monitor, seems to be decent but has really thick bezels

But seeing as you bought it already, it looks really good! Will be a beast of a system

Thanks Shivy, the chair hopefully will be ok, not had a gaming rig for a couple of years now, the last one I had I had a GTX 560ti in thats how far back its been! no idea what to expect from this rig, but just invested in BF4 hopefully it will get decent FPS and run nice and smoothly

well it was a very good computer, I spent about £1000 on it, but I lost my job and had to let it go, it did dominate 2 years ago, would probberly still be ok for todays games the best component was the mobohttp://www.asus.com/Motherboards/CROSSHAIR_V_FORMULA/

8 core cpu and quad ram miss that thing! if this new computer is anything should be a big upgrade (Ihope)

Think I Oc'd it to like 5 Ghz at one point, had a massive fan in the upper case and that big air cooler just did the job, I bought all of that from overclockers a while ago and built it my self, I wanted to get that case again but it looks like they dont sell it anymore was a really nice case, looked like a transformer, that computer with a new GPU would probs be a really nice computer today!

Thats a shame :(

What are you basing your statement that the customer service is terrible on though? Have you contacted them about your concerns?

Because I have called them 4 times and been told somthing else every time. I was told they were waiting for a case then i was told its being built then i was told it was scanned in for building and today I was told the finance had only just been approved. BUT! i take my statement back about one of the lads I spoke to at overclockers. nicest most honest person ive spoken to. I have just come off the phone with them after I have cancelled it. I called them back to buy just the components instead of waiting for them to build it for me and this lad got it all sorted for me, and it will be here tomorrow before 10. 5 star for that young lad. booo to the people that didnt tell me what was actually happening with my order. but all resolved just have to build my self.
