Thunder storms?

Jeeeez, the rain! It's coming down like nobody's business here. Felt like it was coming for a couple of minutes beforehand but then just came down out of nowhere :/

Your not far from me im surprised your not getting the storm, can you not even hear any thunder in the distance?.

its been trying to start here, I could hear it in the distance and the sky went very dark & started spitting

its all clear now and the sky is very very bright, too bright to look at

Had one earlier at lunchtime here with some nice lightning probably due to the hot weather England is having at the moment and in the next few days. Feels like there will be another soon if this heat keeps up.

Piddling down in Wolverhampton.

Still hot as a swedish supermodel wet t-shirt contest though. :\

we had INSANE storms this morning around 8-9 am... was striking once ever 10 seconds at one point, around 100m from my house...

mental!

I'll prolly pass out this week. I work at the top of a glass covered office block that has a tin roof. A few weeks ago it hit 34c in there (pic) and later in the afternoon towards 4pm it hit 38c/100F.

I hate the heat too, prefer dank, cloudy winter weather. Still, given that we always have a massive storm after a heatwave, thursdays storms should feel like the end of the world :)
