The best lightning storm I've ever seen up this way started out with a day like that.

It is the most humid it has been in Brighton on any of these days. Horrible today.
Interesting looking at this 2hr playback and watching the storm clouds build up from nothing very quickly over Fairford where most of the lightning has been so far.

Darkening in Surrey and rumbles in the distance, could just be someone putting the bins out. Or my tummy, as I'm quite hungry.

Looking angry around Gatwick currently.

Thunder & lightning and torrential rain over the past hour here, gutters and drains can't cope.
Probably from waiting to get through security.

The sky is making the rumblies that only a big storm can satisfy.

Strikes seem to spawn out of Winchester haha and surrounding, looks like lightning build up around Royal Tunbridge Wells, wonder if that will push into London within the next few hours.
