Tidy Rooms

Clean Floor/Walls/Made Bed. Do this every morning. Clutter on desk, I don't care about.
I think that's the important thing. It's clean here but clutter is fine. She goes mad when she sees clutter; I don't get it, it's only 'stuff' not dirt

I like rooms really tidy, but lived in. Magazines can be on table tops, not in a rack, dirty cups don't have to be moved to the kitchen instantly. I absolutely hate houses that don't look lived in.

However I'm far to lazy to keep the place tidy. I keep the lounge and kitchen pretty much spottless. But my bedroom and bathroom are less than tidy.

I like my room clean, but tidyness isn't really an issue for me. I just cleared out everything from under my bed and floor which had been there for a few months, however I vacuum it regularly. I like my room lived in. There is a cup on my bookshelf, and a plate on my windowsill with a bit of humous in... I should probably move that now I've noticed it. :p

not sure what to call mine... messy or moderately tidy?

That is quite tidy, except the bowls ;)

Mine is usually like that, but finished my dissertation today (wooo!) and there are piles of paper and books absolutely everywhere. :p

My room at the moment is mostly clear, there are a just sections which have become dumping grounds. The bookcase and bit in front of it and my desk and the area in front of my wardrobe.
The desk is not home of a computer, but two hamster cages and a tank with toads. Most of the rubbish on the desk belongs to them. Hamster food, crickets, bedding etc.

I often tidy my room to then resort to making it a mess about a day later.
Currently have a path to walk to various areas of the room, however most of the floor and my desks are COVERED in computer hardware, cases, testing equipment and various boxes.
Organised mess 4tw, I know where everything is in my room :D

I aint posting pics but my desk is an absolute mess ive got yogurt pots with spoons in lying around the place.. plates with toat crumbs on and the desk and under my keyboard smells of coffee because i didnt clean up after a spill - was too busy defending bombsite on de_dust2 :P

If I were rich I'd probably move out rather than tidy up :p

The only mess I make is clothes. Basically because I don't like using drawers!

The definition of a tidy room to me is a room where you can find what you want. Nicely stacked shelving, no mess on the floor or on a desk items nice and tidy.

My room is pretty untidy at the moment, partly because i've been rehousing DVD's (I've been swapping cases, so had about 300 odd cases sitting around the other day*), and partly because i've been working on models (my desk currently has about 30 of various sizes ready for painting + parts of another few).

*Moving disks bought as singles for series into double cases (saves room, and the double cases I use are much better quality).

you sound like a software pirate lol

I like to have the area in which I work (my computer room) very tidy as I believe that this is one of the ways in which I can ensure that I am less distracted and thus will work in a more efficient manner.
This is me! I just cannot work in a messy room. At Uni can can spend a few minutes tidying up before I can start working. But then my Uni rooms are always small so its easy to get messy and harder to keep it tidy.
