I have now changed the network to home and successfully completed the airport utility disk with the same workgroup as on my PC.

How do I get individual files onto the TC?

How do you map it?

I currently have windows doing a backup to the TC through it's own software.

Do I always have to have the TC attached to my O2 router via an ethernet or can I just have it in my room?
