Time do you rise then sleep..If not working?q

Around 10 or 11 if I'm not working usually. Though a lot of the time getting up just involves me wrapping my duvet around me and plonking myself in front of my PC. If I had a laptop, I fear I'd never get out of my bed on days off!

I go to bed at around 22:00 and wake up at around 05:00, even on the weekend. I have been doing it for about a year now, it works well for me.

Student off for holidays too here but I got a full time job 8 - 4:30 but we're doing overtime so 7 - 5:30 now. 10 and a half hour shifts are loooong. Good money tho :) Pay and a third for overtime.

I want to go to bed at 3 then get up at 10, but i mostly seem to go to bed at about 6 this past week and get up at 4.

I'm not far off that. Generally go to bed at 4am and up about 2pm. Every day.

I have tried to change but I always end up gravitating back towards that. I'm a night owl, why fight it?! :D

Doesn't seem to matter for me. I always go to bed at 10:30/11PM and my body-clock always wakes me up at 6:30AM regardless of whether I have work or not.

Was the same at college, secondary school and during the holidays for those as well.

In the summer I wake up at around 8am regardless of whether I'm working or not. In the winter it's more like 10am.

Tend to go to bed around midnight.

As for me I am night person. I always prefer to be awake at night in dark and sleep during day liek vampire lol.

I also do have PT job but its in evenings and only few days per week.

Obviously if I get new job which I may have soon I will be sleep at 11-12 and up 7ish?

Usually in bed for 9:00pm then up for about 8:30am, for the life of me i can't stay in bed any longer than that, if I do I feel terrible and grumpy:mad:;):)

I work shifts and it can tend to throw your body clock out of sync at times - however on my days off I'm almost always up and about before 07:00. I hate the thought of wasting my day off away in bed, being lazy and doing nothing!

I go to bed around 10.00 or 11.00 and wake up at 6am during the week, weekends are whenever I feel tired and when I want to get up.

When I was doing nights would be 11pm and get up at 6am during day shift and 9am -2pm during night shift.
