Forget the obvious questions by the media and buildings in the area going into lockdown leading to the NYPD specifically stating that it wasn't a terror attack - plenty of people considered the possibility that it was a terror attack, it was perfectly reasonable to do so thus NYPD issued a clarification that it wasn't.

This is way off topic so sorry for that but are you not able to post in SC anymore? I haven't seen any truth nuggets from you lately and not sure if that's self restraint or enforced restraint.
As for the OP, the only reason it was posted was because of the potential terrorism link. Now that doesn't seem to be the case I expect the thread will tail off due to lack of interest in the people who are dead and injured due to someone not involved in terrorism.
Thats all the average American will see and it will strengthen the GOP, if they're intelligent enough to realise this is a gold mine. Sessions will have taken a swift look at this and thought "time to snort some fine CIA sponsored cocaine from Mexico (or Colombia, Nicaragua, Peru etc) while i attack a plant by generalising this as all weed users" 'claps to himself'.
