Best to manually set the ram to 1333 as this is the speed of the IMCs. Raising this puts the PhenomII under unnecessary stress. Plus, with the ram at 1333 you'll probably find it performs better with tighter timings and overclocks further (all the way to 1600 with the advertised timings). I found it impossible to get my XMS3 to even run at 1600 (8X) but at 1333 (6.66X) and overclocking via fsb they went all the way to 1599, stable with 9-9-9-25 timings (9-9-9-27 were advertised)
