I went about a year a go and had lots off fun, I have booked 1hr 15mins off time there tomorrow! (best part off £50) Just wondering if anybody had any tips!!

thanks phil

Open your eyes and don't crash.

Throttle is pretty much off or on. :p

And they are crap if you weigh anything more than a can of coke, little kiddies will **** all over you.

Thats a pretty good price , is it in sessions i take it.

As 1 hour 15 mins on track sounds longgggg.

I tend to be quite fast and overtake most people in front when I take the corners calmly without rushing the steering. Go easy on the brakes :)

Yeah, I won't grass, Its me and a few friends going. I went about a year ago like i said, was nervous first few laps, After that i was flat out till corners and then take foot off back on try and not use break?

What brake? :D

I feel like I should be reading a book or something sometimes on those things! :p

How do you do on outside tracks with inclines?

I haven't been go-karting indoors, only outdoors in large-ish tracks, usually they have one or two hairpins, where I have to skid a bit, but the rest are not a problem.

Skidding is fun, of course! But if you want to beat your mate you have to do something better than that :p

Yeah its just a bit off a fun!

What's wrong with left foot braking? Why do organisers throw a wobbly? I went a few yearsago, was awesome.

dont press go and brake at the same time, you may have bits of chain flying at you,, my friend found that one out... I tried a powerslide, or so I thought and the chain came off. they skid really easily and chains are tempremental, dont break ne thing or they put you in a rubbish kart

oh and good luck.. :)

They generally complain if you brake and accelerate at the same time, knackers the brakes :)

Brake into the corners, accelerate out: normal driving rules. I was going much quicker than people that were just going flat out and sliding round corners.
