Tips on L4D2

Yeah, it's gonna take a while for me to master the jockey. Mind you I've only bought this a month ago but been a long time player of L4D1.

I have a love hate relationship with L4D2. If I don't compare it to L4D1 then I get along with it just fine. Plus the rounds are a lot faster in L4D2, playing 2 hour matches (+ time to find a working server + sending invites + waiting in game for an invite) on L4D1 can be a bit difficult to squeeze into life.

Stick Together Youl Survive :P Especialy On Expert lol Awsome Game Tho :)

Theres much more to it than just sticking together tho... sticking together but moving slowly will get you killed just as surely as people running off at uneven paces. Theres areas where you do want/need to slow down or make a stand but other areas you need to move through at the right pace so the infected don't have time to setup an ambush at a choke point ahead of you.

unless you get one of those games where the game director slaps med packs and pills EVERYWHERE...

had a game a few weeks back where our team had over 12,000 damage in total (as infected) and they still hobbled into the safe room

You probably had 1-2 people on the infected team not pulling their weight. Unless they (the survivors) were very good you should be able to pull atleast 1 off within 2-3 ambushes no matter how many perks they had... and once 1 is down the rest is a lot easier.

well, you say that, but we all had around 3,500 points each, which suggests we were all causing similar damage. but, seriously, this one particular game, it was on dead center, 2nd part (streets) with no tank. all they got in terms of pickups we meds, no molly's, pipes etc. ALL meds
