first off its on offer

now in VR :

TF2 is the only game I could not tear myself away from until completion for at least the last 10 years

Going to check this out on the weekend

Would love to try this but the authentication emails from EA to login to my account are coming in very late or not at all so I can't log in.

Ahh I had this a few months ago whereby they would come in late.

I don't often use it but do log in now every week or so since that happened. Same with uPlay (or whatever it's called these days).

Man if VR didn’t make me horribly motion sick I would be all over this

It's easy to get over motion sickness. It takes time, but it's easy to do and works for almost everyone.

It goes like this.

1. Put on headset, play game.
2. First sign of motion sicknesss(and I mean the second you feel it coming on) Take off headset. (don't close the game or anything, just take it off)
3. Go do something else for an hour.
4. Goto Step 1.

Eventually you will be spending longer and longer in VR without even noticing it. There might be new releases or games that you never played before where you will feel like you motion sickness is coming back. Just do the process above while playing that particular game. Usually for specific games it takes no length for your brain to adjust.

Wow! This mod is the best, most native feeling mod I've tried in years. It feels just like a AAA native VR game.

Full proper interactions, weapon handling and IK, sharp and smooth graphics. Even better, I love this game!

Unfortunately my Pro had low charge so couldn't play it for long. Will give it another go as soon as it's charged.

It did look a little washed out. Might have to turn off HDR on my monitor while playing.

Just tried this myself too. Pretty darned amazing.
I don't tend to play any VR games other than Automobilista 2 so I find the controls to be awfully clumsy. I Can't hit a damn thing! Probably due to lack of acclimatisation on my part though. :)

This is a very impressive mod though. Does feel native and runs very well.

It's very good indeed! The controls for the Titan are a bit awkward though, as you have to hold a grip and then move the controller to select in 3d. Could do with the steam frame's dpad really to select the different weapons.

You can seriously make the comparison of this VR mod with the golden age of PCVR when Oculus were publishing AAA PCVR games like Lone Echo, Stormlands, Asgard's Wrath, and others. It feels like it could have stepped out of that era.

I'm getting sound issues after 10 minutes of play, it's utterly ridiculous that one guys done this, for me it was like the first time playing the Star wars game where the AT AT walks in front of you... absolute masterclass
