its obvious they have left or even hiked the price of 980s to make the titan a better deal, its all business, when the 980ti is out the 980 will drop in price and take its place.

Along with any potential drops from upcoming AMD releases, remember the 290 pegging the 780 down by around £100 shortly after release.

For what its worth I don't think it will be called a 980Ti either, the Titan X being called such is far too much of a coincidence. X, X=10, the next number after the '9' series, the 'lesser' GM200 will be something like the GeForce X80

I went for decent-clocked 980's instead of the TitanX and I'm very happy with my setup at present

Decent extra grunt for the same price

And the ACX 2.0 is a great cooler and nice & quiet on a custom fan profile, a nice bonus!!!

Don't look at the minimums to much, they are between 58-65 randomly when rerunning the bench.

I doubt it will be mindblowing differences but anyway.
