UPDATE:
right, after all of the problems, phoned up ocUK customer support on saturday, and the motherboard wouldn't accept the profile settings saved for the bios, so the machine was picked up on monday. Arrived there on tuesday, and i've now gotten my machine back today.
now, here's my latest problem with this machine. upon opening it to re-install my 5830 so i can boot up the pc, there is an akasa venom fan from my cpu cooler just completely loose inside the case, only connected by some wires.. what do i do?
i am beginning to get really frustrated with the quality control.. how can it be tested if there is a cpu fan just completely loose?! i'm very disappointed as i've been waiting to hook my machine back up to play left for dead 2
not a happy customer unfortunately....
