Titanfall 2 - have you seen its multiplatform?

Wow lost for words just completed single player, did not expect this game to shock me so much.

Its Half life 2 with portal 2 mixed with titans :)

so much fun using shotgun when jumping off walls and sliding like a crazy ass :D

Its GOTY for me, due to thinking its just another single player game added on to keep people happy, doom was great but i kind of expected doom to kick ass.

does anyone miss the ability to customise weapon loadouts on your titans?

i also miss the synergies you could have such as auto eject and nuclear reaction. it was a bit cheap but seeing as everyone could do it, i saw no issue.

After that campaign the only way I would be interested is the 3rd part from Respawn. They really showed where the talent from COD went.

Yeah I am annoyed you can't combine auto eject and nuclear explosion like you could in Titanfall 1. Still enjoy playing attrition.

So I caved in and against my better judgement bought TF2. I am enjoying the campaign but Im only on something like the third level. Im finding it fun to get the pilot helmets.

Had a quick blast on the MP in attrition (literally 2 maps). First impressions are quite positive. But without knowing the maps or actually how to use the titans yet I found the experience somewhat hectic.

I am pleased to see that finally there is a console fps game that tries to give raw input on the sticks. It feels like there is still some accell but a lot less than normal. Interestingly I am finding I can place my crosshairs better than in other games - the controls just feel better for me somehow. I will really get to grips with it in the coming weeks.

It is early days yet but I am enjoying it so far. Hoping to play more MP this weekend.

I guess time will tell if TF2 goes the same way as its predecessor.

Keep on at the Campaign , the first few levels fell like training levels for you, but my god does it get going and just keeps ramping up.

Well this wasn't on my radar at all but if the campaign is as good as you all say then I'm going to have to get it sooner rather than later.

Yet to pick this up as I don't have t'internet at my new house. The first was epic and probably the most fun I've had on an online shooter so have very high expectations for this

Played a couple more campaign levels today. I just picked up the glove device from the pilot commander dude and im loving that thing!! The campaign feels refreshing. Even if the actual gunplay is pretty run of the mill the movement and exploring adds a different slant on things. I have been having fun with the movement! I have also enjoyed the scenery and the level design too. Added to all of this the sticks on my pad seem to be working for me too - im using 'linear' setting and for once i dont feel like there is so much of a disconnect between what my brain is trying to achieve and what my thumbs can make happen. Perhaps its all in my head though! Anyone else using this setting?

That device changes this game from being a normal game to wow they are thinking outside the box, from that moment on the game just gets better and better :)

ok so having played the original all the way up to level 10 I was so looking forward to this ... and boy was it worth the wait!

played about an hour of the single player campaign and hell it is good. Linear for sure, but it works really well. level design so far is excellent as are the graphics (xbone). Gameplay wise it's fluid and feels more mature than the original if slightly slower.

Jumped into some MP to see how that's progressed and it's awesome. It's not a out and out fast as the original but Attrition feels epic. Grinned from ear to ear when I called my first titan down.... boom! game on!!

oh and in a world of multi-GB day one patches TF2 scores big with it's minimal 88mb patch :)

so far I'm giving it 8/10 as i've only spent about 1 1/2 hours with it. I've got to get to grips with the new aspects of MP but overall I'm really, really impressed.
