Toasteh does StrongLifts

today i managed to be a complete nob when loading the bar for my squats so I did my working set at the same weight as last time. only realised at the end so did one set of the correct weight, will repeat properly next time

I'm glad it's not just me then. Would it be alright to add the push press into my sessions when I fail the ohp? so if i managed 3 reps on ohp just do 2 PP? or would I be better off doing proper sets/reps on top of ohp?

bit of a change-up tonight, dropped the weight on el squats to focus on form and try to get that properly sorted.

biggest issue is that the only other suit i have atm is a tighter fit than the one I split yesterday! At least now I can justify a new suit or three...
