I've lost track of who has said what, I will go with my joining date 04-03-03.

I remember the Nuke and was registered before, I didn't re-register until a few months later as I was a regular on other forums at the time such as Hexus and Bit-Tech.

I’m not feeling too lucky

———-

I’ve been around for yonks, only what feels like recently used this alias. I was on here before with another, but, something far more inappropriate.

22-12-18 - you have to be in it to win it!

I remember pre nuke and being around at the start. At the time I was 20 and very into IT and games. I remember being on here trying to figure out the best way to keep my Athlon 850 overclocked (1060) and cool but quieter as well. Now my phone probably has more speed but for me the game has changed as well. Before it was this is your kit go as fast as you can, now it is what I want to do - what is the easiest and most suitable way to do it!

So I started with computers then grew into reading the motors section which seemed more DIY and simple then. I even went to a car meet at Pant that was organised by a member. The lately it has been a casual flick through the house and garden, cuisine, motors, home cinema and Mac forums.

19-03-2018 fits the bill for me (I'll get me coat).

I was registered before but didn't use the forum much - at that point my idea of exotic cooling was drilling holes in the front of my beige chassis, so seeing some of the gear you could buy was pretty awe-inspiring.

I re-registered a few months later and idly wondered why it was necessary. Now I know!
