The ram is dual channel the i7 uses tripple channel, just a heads up ;)

Dam shame about the shipping on the intel thats 2 deals i pulled out due to it. However really nice price on the ram good to see

You do realise that with shipping added the I7 950 is still cheaper than it was previous?

I really don't understand such logic when you actually still save money.

Previous Price was £199.99 +VAT with free shipping.

TODAY ONLY price is £184.99 +VAT plus £7.25+VAT shipping, that is £192.24 +VAT.

So TODAY ONLY even with shipping added still saves you - £7.75 +VAT (£9.11 Inc. VAT)

So your FREE Shipping actually cost you £9.11 on this at regular price, but if your happy to pay more just because of free shipping well upto you, but it is the strangest logic I have ever come across. :p

Whats going on here with the shipping ?
Stopped at checkout as the free shipping option wasn't there.

Its because all the main sites i use all offer free shipping and your not the only ones who does deals of the day, that extra £9 just means i wait for them to put it deal of the day and use their free shipping.
The above was not meant as dummy out moment just the reason :)

Less of the facepalm thank you

I had other items in my basket.
Including the RAM removed the free shipping.

Dont mess with the shipping costs.
Be honest with the pricing instead.

How could we be more honest.

Thread clearly says, no free shipping on these deals.

If someone has a basket which qualifies for free shipping then adding these to the basket incurs a shipping cost.

I could understand this if the only items being purchased were special deals

We have to cater for all our customers, whilst at the same time grow our company. Approx 80% of our customer base, possibly higher don't have any free shipping options, they always pay shipping.

So we do deals that cater for both our regular customers and forum members.

Fact is though even with shipping added were still the cheapest in the UK on the I7 950, have it in stock etc.

Basically the real price is higher than advertised.
Shipping costs are added where normally it would be free.

The price advertised is not the real price.

Pay for things with free shipping, then pay for item that doesn't include free shipping?????

No infact that is wrong!

That is the real price!

Forum members are a small exception who are gifted free shipping for posting on our forums and in return get free next day courier shipping.

However when TODAY ONLY was launched it was made clear all deals might exclude free shipping due to the prices on offer.

Shipping cost are always added for the majority of our customers, its a small percentage who get free shipping and for that small percentage with a deal like this they still actually save money.

I am amazed by how people complain over saving money. If its really such an issue, either wait for the item to sell out, then use your free shipping and pay more or place two seperate orders.

It's cheaper anyway, stop complaining...

It clearly says free shipping not available...
