I don't know what is Sarlacc and can't translate...there are snails done in a style of my valley with mushroorms and walnuts. When I was child I found this dish absolutely disgusting but now every autumn I eat these snails several time, excellent with polenta.
 
I can see a few varieties of mushroom in there, corgette, potato and carrot/swede?

Edit: Just seen that there are snails in there - very nice roasted in garlic they are!

I know that snails are "disgusting", for me too. But if you try for the first time you have to change opinion, it seems to eat a normal meat but very fine
