Today was wonderful eating...

what do you eat in uk or scotland, what is haggish???
For someone in other regions could be rather strange and horrific but already tried and not bad at all, here is the same thing.

Do you prefer this???? a typical cheese ( rather sweet ) from my region, last summer in the restaurand i spoke with two men of OXford, they wanted to bring this cheese in uk and they ate 7 ( and i repeat 7 ) times the same cheese....very funny.

Its "haggis" actually.

To quote Wikipedia: Haggis is a dish containing sheep's 'pluck' (heart, liver and lungs), minced with onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, and salt, mixed with stock, and traditionally simmered in the animal's stomach for approximately three hours. Most modern commercial haggis is prepared in a casing rather than an actual stomach.

Its very nice with mashed potatoes and turnip. And maybe a creamy whisky sauce if your feeling posh :)
