I wouldn't say snails are sublime, kinda just take on the flavour of what they're in and a bit chewy ish.
what do you eat in uk or scotland, what is haggish???
For someone in other regions could be rather strange and horrific but already tried and not bad at all, here is the same thing.
sheep's 'pluck' (heart, liver and lungs), minced with onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, and salt, mixed with stock, and traditionally simmered in the animal's stomach for approximately three hours. Most modern commercial haggis is prepared in a casing rather than an actual stomach.
