Still out of sorts but having a go. Mashed a toe on a chair leg so limping a little too.

Felt good, no light headedness like I have been having for the last few days. My 5RM is into 3 figures although I have another 5-10kg on that I would think

Just easy, light stuff. Upped weight by 5kg and slightly reduced reps. All fine. More as a stretch out than a true accessory.
