Sorry for anyone else when you register for your card use your own address or else you wont be able to validate your card. When you use the virtual visa you can set the cards address to anywhere you like!

I can't put it on my card till i validate the amounts taken fom my account which i don't think will show up my bank statement for a few days

Won't show on your bank statement straightaway, but you may be able to call the bank and see if they see 2 pending transactions from your card/account. As long as they total $19.85, you are in business. The site just need the 2 values to validate.

Edit: actually after this you have to send photocopies of some ID to them which takes another 24 hours. Sounds like it will be Monday at the earliest mine will be complete.

I just checked the American store (before logging on here)
and logged in to post about Super Stardust (but did a search first)

Wow!

I used to LOVE that on my CD32 all those years ago, in all its AGA goodness

Basically a fancy asteroids, but with (for the time) STUNNING "3D" tunnel sequences.

Downloaded the video from the US store, and as far as I'm concerned, that's another must have, when it gets released... though I'll probably get it from the UK store... assuming it ever gets it :rolleyes:

Looking forward to Gauntlet II too. I do like the Playstation Store, and their retro games... just wish they'd do more work on the UK one.

I haven't bought Blast Factor yet.. just tried the demo, but I think that will be next on my list

I wonder if Sony will ever start selling CDs (as in albums) on their store. I don't see why not, though I guess it would be i AAC or something, or DRMd to hell and back. Still, if they'd release albums on the playstation store, cheap, in high quality (no 128kbps cack please) and allow top copy to a memory stick, and burn to CD on a PC, that could be a great service. I won't hold my breath though.. about being DRM free at least.

Can anyone check the Uk store to see if any update have appeared? As off 8ish this morning it was still showing VT3 demo as the newest content from 27/04.

Annoying as the US store has got all the updates that were announced.

Iv just been on the US store hoping there was a demo for gaunlet2 but no such luck as i cant buy the game from that store due to me only having a switch card:/

Anyone know when this will hit the UK store?

You create a new local ID on the far left hand side of the XMB. Then when you go to the sign in part it ask you if you want a new ID or have an existing one. Then you go through the same signup you did originally, only pick USA and also put in a USA address 9from google). And then when you sign in with taht ID you will see the US store and vice versa with your UK ID.

Most of the Demos and all the videos work on UK machines the only one i (and many others) had a problem with is Def Jam icon. I think all the US games are NTSC so make sure your TV is compatable, think nearly all recent TVs are and im sure HD ones are all. I wondered if the PS1 games would be region locked (like the PS1 orginal games are), but i downloaded Tekken 2 last night and its fine.

So to clarify - to access Gauntlet 2, etc on my mates PS3 I have to create a new signin (far left options on the PS3 "menu"), and register it as being in the US, and assuming he has a Mastercard he can purchase them?
