rainbow six siege vsync LOCKED AT 30fps ? can I change it too 60 ? because its driving me insane , My monitor is 60 FPS so I get loads of Tairing in game once it goes over 60fps , and you can't play at 30 FPS its Terrible...... anyway to fix this as I like playing with Vsync on.

Been hovering over the buy button on this for a while now. Is it worth it?
Things putting me off:
Small maps
Repeated maps/objective locations
The latter fills me with worry that in 6 months, the game will be dire as everyone knows the locations and quickest way to the objectives like the back of their hands.

Maps are a decent size and they will be releasing more on top of the latest one a few weeks ago, wouldn't even worry about the size there's plenty of variety. I still keep coming back to this it's very addictive. There is no quickest way to the objective as no two rounds are the same. I would recommend it, it's something a bit different.
To be honest mate most people already know the best way to X. However the vast differences in player ability/tactics means one match you'll go straight to the objective and find their entire team waiting for you nicely huddled up for a mag dump. Next match they'll be everywhere just waiting for you to enter or come behind you when you least expect it. Or my favourite appearing above you when you least expect it (360 falling knife attack FTW).
I've played just shy of 500 matches
yet honestly I don't think I've had two that were the same.
I'm not bored yet and I get bored of things pretty quickly. Got its bugs obviously but I don't think it's limited by replay-ability(it's a word).

everyone knows the locations and quickest way to the objectives like the back of hand ! The simple aswer too this is yes people will learn the maps but there are loads of different ways to attack and defend ! No game is ever the same ever !! not that I have come across yet , the games are always different and fun .....
I picked this up the other week, after my mate had been on at me for ages, but i held out for the same reasons, in short its a great game...
Takes a week or so to pick up the maps, however still i few that i don't know all to well, but you find that the matches can get very tense. Have won games when i was the last man alive against 4, also lost the other way round.
Also sometimes just thinking outside the box can destroy the other team, if everyone just hunkers down on the objective it can make it easy for the attacking team for example.
one thing to do...press U and talk to your team mates it can really help out

You're not getting away from from uplay regardless of spend
.Also just CDkey it were around £25 last time I checked. Then just add it to your steam games to use the overlay iirc.
Uplay is a hell of a lot better than it was.
