I am stuck in the room with the big screen, I thought, and the walkthrough guide confirmed, that once I have pulled the screen down, I should shoot the supports off to make it fall down ..... only trouble is I cant seem to get the so called "accurate shoot" mode to hit the things .. I cant see were the bullets are hitting when its near the angles, because Lara gets in the way !
Anyone know how to aim or see something ?

All I did was press down (click) the right stick which went into accurate shooting and, as you said, shoot the supports. Worked first time.

Click the right stick ??
Lol, have I been dense here , I thought it was hold the left trigger for accurate shooting :o
I will give that a go :)

Cor! That watersnake is damn hard to do. Can get 2 of the bells easy but the far 2 are causing problems.

did that without even being hit once on the pc (after about 2 attempts), trick is to keep doing the flips and lockon to the far left pillar to shoot as this seems to be the tricky one to latch your grapple hook onto once the bell is ringing, then flip back to the one at near right and you should be having the bell ringing as the sea monster comes out of the water, then go to near left, again bell should be ringing as he emerges then back up to far right, again sea monster will have to move to that point giving you time.

mission accomplished

Cheers for that. Ironically it was the far-right that was causing the problems, no matter where I stood the snake would always get me.

Thankfully I've done it now :)

Heres something i noticed, you know in the temple when the floor opens up and lara just runs by herself, and it comes up with B, then A to press to get past all of them blades, did anyone notice that silver ankh down below when she rolled over them blades when pressing the A button, how the hell are you supposed to get that as its computer controlled that bit, all you have to do is press the corresponding buttons when they appear on the screen.

Wondering that myself as I'm going through it again to get the bronze, silver and gold awards and I just don't see how it's possible at the mo.

Done it. Y'know the room after this with the spikey poles?

There's a boulder that you can move at the same side that you entered which allows you to enter the pit where the silver prize is.

Sneaky!!

Has anyone tried any of the time trials yet?

I have only completed the normal level of Bolivia and then thought I would gibe the time trial a go. Well you get 12:30 minutes and I am can get nowhere near the end! I can just about get through the door of the large room where you have to place the three crates on the switches to release the door. There is quite a bit to do past that and I just can't work out how one could possibly do it?!
Still no-one who has tried the time trials yet?

Yeah I've had a go at Bolivia. Time to beat is 12mins ??secs. I can manage it in 15, can't see how on earth to knock any more off. Very hard. I think you need to "Y" across ledges, no spins on poles (or only 1 spin before you leap off). Still a damn challenge.

i appear to be stuck on the flashback section in peru. i'm in a room where someone is locked behind some bars. there is a ball, which is heavy enough to click a trap trigger, and i can see where i need to go but i can't get there.

what makes it harder is that there is a rope dangling down but try as i might i can't grab it!

See that ledge behind you? Jump from that onto the rope. There's a diagonal ledge which kinda points towards the rope. Took me a while but head-slapping obvious once you've done it.

I have completed five of them so far and Bolivia is the tightest i'd say. I have done the first four levels and the final level (Bolivia Revisited).

You haven't got to go crazy with pressing Y at every opportunity but you do need to do everything first time. No miss jumps or having to have two attempts at flipping the box.

Also has anyone started on the manor yet?

It so far has taken me at least an hour to find all my equipment/weapon and some of the puzzle's to get the silver/bronze pieces seem quite difficult. Seems a lot harder than the puzzle's in the game. :)

Well...this sea dragon on the England level...been trying over an hour and had enough :(

I know what do to, shoot at the bells till the dragon goes in a trance, then get grapple out and lower the cage over the dragon, managed to actually do this once...but all four times without gettin hacked to fek?

Is there a strategy for this Cos i can't get anywhere near even to two, never mind all four

Really, really spoilt an otherwise great game

You need to be constantly moving all the time. Just running side to side will do it. Just make sure you keep the target on red. Try using an automatic rifle it has a longer range.

just keep moving and do alternate cages so that the monster has to move which should give you enough time (as your quicker) to fire at cage to make it ring as he appears from water so you can lower cage

as below in order (number represents cage)
1 4

3 2

so monster has to move to different location every time

cheers guys, i'll have to try this tomora as me controllers outside and me windows smashed

Two hours later and i got the get

the moving around tip worked, tried to do them in that order, but ended going the opposite way, done it all the same.

this section didn't tie in with the game at all for me, deffo worst bit, hope there's nee more like it, gotta see it through to the end now :D
