Tomb Raider - Rise of the Raider PC

Exactly. I class 60 fps plus with no stuttering as playable. The way I see it, dropping below 60 you might as well be a console boy. No offence.

As moogley said, sync tech changes what's playable. So... If the number at the top left of your screen means that much to you, you may as well play in 800x600 :)

Some games don't desperately need to be at 60fps+ IMO.
As for this, I currently have it maxed with SMAA and have no idea if it's going below 60, nor do I care unless it starts stuttering - which it hasn't.

G-Sync keeps things all nice and smooth for me. Couldn't care less what fps it's actually running at tbh.....

+ this but with freesync to some extent.. Let's not get carried away here and say 20+ fps is playable :) border line for me is 40fps input lag is still at a decent playable rate. 30 and below input lag is far to high something even Gsync or freesync cant fix.

Anyone notice that on the latest Nvidia drivers Tomb Raider is laggier? My 980 is lagging now, and the only change is the drivers.

I can't remember which ones I was on!

Not here. I started and completed the game on the latest Nvidia drivers without a single noticeable issue and silky smooth. Titan X here.

It runs very well on my 290 but after loading it up for a game tonight this happened, can anyone guess what's wrong :p

Finished the game, still got a few things to do towards 100% completion (I think I finished on about 83%).

Enjoyed every second, the final third of the game did get a bit frustrating though.

Just beat it myself. Loved every minute of it but don't think I'll bother with the challenges and I'll wait until the DLC is on sale.

Just about to get into this. Are 980Ti owners playing everything maxed at 1440 or are you tweaking AA or similar?

I'm getting between 55 and 60fps in the opening area, but would be happy to drop settings for a fps boost.

Have people actually brought it on here for £6? I tried the "Ukraine" method but got stuck at the postcode part.
