Im interested what people think are the top 5 PC games in the last 10 years or so.

No need to rank them 1 - 5, just top 5 in any order will do.

EDIT : Top 5 plus 5 honourable mentions is fine also

They can be cross platform, as long as it was released on PC at some point.

If you want to make it more interesting you can say why you thought they were good or whatever other info you may want to add......

It doesnt really matter, i just wanted to contribute a thread that might have some interesting results.
I wonder if 2 or 3 games will keep popping up over and over.

I will start then :

* Red dead redemption 2
* Skyrim
* Assassins Creed Black Flag
* The Witcher 3
* Batman Arkham City

Virtually impossible to narrow it down to just 5, even 50 would be tough to narrow it down to. But here goes.

Metro Exodus
Alien Isolation
Pathfinder Kingmaker
Civilization 6
Assassins Creed Odyssey
 
Euro Truck Simulator 2 (Almost impossible to finish the game, endless possibilites with mods coming out nearly every day.)
Skyrim (Again, modding makes it replayable.)
Dayz (Don't judge me, I love it, you never know what you're going to find.)
Snowrunner (Been playing the series since the Spintires Beta in 2009, and made friends with a guy who worked at Oovee who had access to a Dev build so I saw some cool things.)
SESSION. (One of the best, deepest skateboarding sims there is.) And I don't skate anymore, complete opposite but it's proper fun.

Fallout 4
Deus Ex: Human Revolution
Stalker Anomaly

I might change one or two of those, I'll have to see what other people add.

There are probably some gems I've forgotten.
 
In the last decade? Hmm depends on how I feel:

The Witcher 3
Fallout 3
Batman (Arkham Asylum was 2009 and was my fave in the series)
Skyrim

And to be controversial (mainly because I can't think of a 5th stand out game) I'll go with Firewatch. It's a great walking simulator for what of a better genre.

I can't really narrow it down to five, I'd like to include RE2 Remake, RE7, Prey, Dishonored, Hitman and probably at least ten more titles I've forgotten.

Doom 2016
Resident Evil 2
Halo PC (only because my list is empty)


I don't think i can say anything else. I haven't played many games that i want to, and the ones i have, just weren't interesting. I find it hard to enjoy modern games. It's not nostalgia either, i can go back and play old games i've never played and really enjoy them.

Still, am hyped af for Stalker 2. (Played the first ones for the first time in 2019).
