That was a classic episode. I thought the dealership thing was a bit daft- why didn't they just start with bangers and show us more of a variety? Other than that tho- brilliant entertainment which is what top gear is all about isn't it? Really impressive that they managed to make one of their crazy challenges last a whole episode with no breaks. Yet I never got bored at all. I could quite happily never see another celeb interview or lap if that meant we could pack in more great feature length challenges like that one.
 
Stonking pisode, though i though the whole painting the cars was a bit over the top, i thought they would end up getting shot or summit. I have to admit though that James needed in jump start while gettign away was funny.

I couldnt breathe when clarkson turned up with the cow on the roof, and the in car shower. Ive never ever laughed so hard at a TV show, ever. Was a nice break having no celeb TBH, i was starting to get bored fo them, althoguh hugh grant was brilliant last week.

Cant wait for *** repeat, my DVD recorder failed the record, so need to do ti again.
 
Probably going to get a lot of blank looks asking about this, but here goes....

When Hammond was in the muscle car dealership, asking about 'Cuda and Challenger prices, there was a Winged Warrior B-body in there (the car with the large rear wing and nose cone on the front). I didn't have my glasses on at that point, and was quite a way from the TV - was it a Plymouth Superbird or a Dodge Charger Daytona? I didn't hear if it was mentioned.

Guessing I'll probably have to wait for the repeat, but if anyone does know I'd be interested to find out which it was :)
 
any chance of me being able to find the last 2 episodes on the net ? was sure the BBC put them on the net ?

I have been unable to watch them for the last two weeks thats all

I think it was a Daytona, didn't get a particularly good look at it though

:( any reason why, I'd of thought the ratings would be through the roof judging by this thread. Oh well id rather have quality that quantity.
