Liked the hill climb but the rest fell a little flat for me.
Was really looking forward to this ep. after the preview but it fell completely flat. In hindsight such a massive, featureless place coupled with 3 (relatively) uninteresting cars and a pointless task, doesn't really make great TV. It felt like they didn't have enough of a selection in footage to tell a proper story.

Being an Aussie though I don't really understand how they didn't get a lot of punctures? That terrain is tough and there's a reason why we herd cattle by chopper in the Northern Territory. Also claymour mines?

God that fake May-Hammond argument at the end was tedious. I know it's all scripted but that was farcical. Are we really expected to believe that May preferred the GTR to the Bentley? The man who actually owns a Bentley and constantly rants on about "cars developed at the Nurburgring"?
Like I said, we all know it's scripted but there needs to be a degree of believability about it.
Overall I thought it was tedious. Dedicated most of the programme to the road trip and yet they didn't really seem to "do" that much. Aside from the hill climb bit and the herding at the end, I've already forgotten what else they did out there.

Hill climb bit was good, decided a game of Fifa was more worthy of my time though, so i missed the rest.

We know what your opinion is on TG though, you tell us how terrible and rubbish it is every single time it's on for the last 10 years
We get it, you don't like Top Gear. I'm not entirely sure why you still watch it, I have a similar disdain for The Only Way is Essex so.. I don't tune in.

That drag race, have cars really come on that far in the last few years? Seems like only yesterday the GTR was murdering all but the hyper cars in drag races? Off quick then just got chewed up.
