I'd like to see them negotiate that trip without any sort of backup.

Would be boring as they wouldn't get very far, and they wouldn't dream of vandalising each others cars in the way they do, which just adds to the comedy.

I honestly couldn't care less if all 3 cars had new engines put in half way through the trip, which we weren't made aware of. It doesn't take anything away from what was a very funny special episode.

People love to moan and nit pick, why can't you just sit back and enjoy the entertainment? You all sound the same as the people who moan about the freshly cut grass on walking dead... Too busy analysing the show to enjoy what's happening

My mrs loved it, but did point out (having lived in Mozambique for a while) that they would have one hell of a backup team, and not just mechanics!!

Silly entertainment, nothing more & very well done overall imo.

Mine watched the second one with me last night. She was disappointed because there wasn't a fight with a crocodile. She of course was right to be disappointed.

I thought this was an hilarious episode and special. I really do enjoy watching these 3, they do have one of the best jobs in my opinion. I also liked the whole episode, it's one of the few programmes I watch on normal TV and always look forward to a new series.

I do wonder tho if there will be another series. This series was short and maybe money constraints might be a problem for that as I couldn't and don't understand why they would make a series this short.

Either way great entertainment and I do love Clarkson, brilliant character.

watched the end of the 2 parter tonight. Personally gone off top gear, i'll still watch it through habbit but just starting to find the presenters somewhat annoying! Having nearly finished watching the 3rd season of the american version i must say i prefer it! Better challenges, presenters and a fair amount of **** hot cars on there.
