Top Ten places to invest

Reading is the telecoms capital of the UK, lots of skilled jobs there (here). Not to mention a premiership footy team ;). There is a gread deal of investment going into the town center as well as direct Chunnel links planned in the next 5 yrs.

Having lived in Wokingham all my life, I have never really given it much consideration. The M4 corridor is what drives the house prices up round here making it very difficult for first time buyers. The trouble with Reading is that it is such an ugly place. Its not as historic as Oxford, or as vibrant as Edinburgh.

I didnt know about the Chunnel Link. Our promotion is definitely going to bring lots more money and interest in though :D

Surprised Sheffield isn't in there. Big student population, massive rebuilding project going on at the moment, and still relatively cheap.
Too much new building imo, there'll be a huge flood of property that people won't want.
