Ironically it's the Nvidia drivers that have beaten me. The games UI is badly effected by the latest drivers when combined with an rtx 50 series card.

Hi

Bought the Trilogy, long time Historical TW player, don't know that mcuh about WH, would I be right in thinking the best place to start woudl be to jump stright to 3, and play the Immortal Empires campaign? I'm led to believe the content from all three games is lumped onto this map.

Yep. Immortal Empires is the combined map / game. Although don't just skip the other campaigns they all have their upsides.
 
Can anyone reccomened a few basic mods for a new starter?

I have a few already:

Settlement capture pics, Building Progression 3, Legendary Lore, Hi-Res UI imp.

Nothing crazy like overhauls, just looking for QOL, UI stuff, easy graphics upgrades, basic flavour maybe, as I know very little about WH.

Hi, hope this is the right place! Ive upgraded my pc, except for the graphics card. Im still running a 980ti, with other bits as per sig. For years ive been running warhammer 1 then 2 then 3; with 3 there was a slowdown until i upgraded everything except GPUY (ran out of money) and put the game on ssd instead of hdd. However over last couple of weeks its gone to being almost unplayable. Keeps crashing, or not even opening sometimes. Im assuming its the gpu being not up to the job, but is there any such thing as a program i can run in the background to monitor steam/warhammer 3 to tell me "you got to this point, then x happened on your system and warhammer crashed? Basically, a real easy (lazy!) way to just tell me exactly what the problem is? Also, have heard nvidia scraping support for my card, but ive assumed it wont have this effect, this quickly!
