had to get some touch up paint for the mondeo today as it has a couple of nasty stone chips that need touching up.
now on the instuctions it says not to use below 15degrees. any ideas what i can do in this weather.?

Warm the touch up paint on hot tap water, but really you shouldn't apply any paint below 10c, and today it's too cold to paint really.

But how big are the marks you are covering? And is it two part, base then clear touchup?

If the marks haven't gone to metal, then I'd wait a few more days, as looking at forecasts it looks to be warming up soon.

You need to do it above 15 degrees because the paint in the pots contains a lot of thinners and they won't evaporate below that temperature so the paint will never "dry".

We're it mine I'd leave them until it warms up- the panels will be galvanised so they won't rush in a week or two.
