OpenAI, Softbank and Oracle are planning a joint venture called Stargate, Mr. Trump said in a White House briefing

I wonder why those companis and not

IBM, NVIDIA INTEL AMD, MSFT, GOOG etc

What key milestone?
just a number in my head that I said I want to reach which I hope to give me enough to retire after putting in a tracker for 22 years.

I only trade in my sipp, i do have a NHS pension but to be honest it will not be that much as i started work later in life and now im non clinical in a private hospital. They £100k tax trap means keeping my sipp topped up makes sense.

Im am a decent amount up on my RKH trade today as i bought in the morning. If it does the same again tomorrow im out.

Well I have Intel now , sorry people, so knowing how things go I put half in expecting them to go down then I will either average down before the 30th or if bad results maybe after, not a massive amount but I hate to talk about things when I don't have skin in the game, it's also growing up with that name and the fact that if there is buyout talk it will be too late, anyway it's done

I find Intel a strange case, they’re arguably one of the most strategically important American companies but seem to have been hugely mismanaged. If Trump pursues protectionist policies they must stand to be a beneficiary. I keep meaning to dig into them a bit more.

Kraken robotics finally closed above 2$

ceo still earned 40+ million for failing

Best place to put cash after an ISA is premium bonds I guess until the new tax year?

If you buy Premium Bonds before the end of Jan, 1 month hold in Feb, means you will only be in the Mar & Apr draws. Don't see the point myself, you'd surely be better off in a easy access savings account for the short term.

i knew you could count on me to drive the intel price down ,2.5 percent on the 24/5 trading but tbf lots of big reds , i am consistently bad at timings on individual shares though
edit / deepseek

Ah, so it's your fault my order to sell intel at $22.20 hasn't been executed :)

E. I'd rather be buying now it's gotten quite cheap
