Trading the stockmarket (NO Referrals)

Tanking seems strong. Down 2% and pre-market only just opened. The whole market is red again around the 2% mark from my trackers. Weekend sentiment whilst overnight traders sell off some positions from weekend news. It may get worse as the day goes on or it may recover. In current times in the short term (especially single day) who knows. I'm just holding and DCA through this for quite a while. Don't even really look at prices and just buy the companies I like when I have money spare that I am not putting into other savings etc.

its 2% pre market it ll be at least another 5% by end of trading this evening.
(just by the act of me saying something the opposite will happen :P)

You want evidence of my inability to trade the market?

Let's face it you've just got sucked in to some NVDA FOMO. Nothing more.

I just told you I dont think I can trade it successfully. I'm something like 98% in global trackers as i've said before. Why do you think I have lots of debt? Think its you who needs to provide evidence here

Evidence that I suck at investing not needed lol. But I can do , I always wanted Nvidia tbh , maybe I have information bias towards the positive

Finally gave up on LUNR, -60%, luckily I only had £100 worth. This means it will now go back up.

This is a really stupid question but how much money do you need to have available to make investing in the stock market worthwhile? I have some savings but not much.

Depends on what you want to do with it.
I bank with the halifax and buy a few shares each month in my stocks and sharea ISA account so its works out tax free if/when I decide to cash out any profits.

I see. Thank you. I'll have a look into ISAs. I'm completeley clueless when it comes to these things.

Bloodbath today, Sold out of the S&P in January, looking for a new buying opportunity. A few more weeks of this and I'll buy back in, so much tech is still overvalued.
