My jelly won't set! Argh, I need to go to bed but can't go until the jelly is in the trifle bowl but it needs to be half set first. What a pain! I've shoved it in the freezer, hopefully that'll help...

Pour your jelly into it in liquid form, some will soak into your sponge layer, then fridge ovrnight and put cream / top on tommrow, i usualy use fruit, berries round the outside, for decoration. BTW alcohol has a low freezing temp so if youu want to make vodka jelly trifle, need gelatine.
