Hi all,
Just got back from london and on the train on the way down some chav (about 20 odd) was going nuts at this indian guy, shouting and swearing about touching him or somthing.

A few people told the chav to shut up and leave the guy alone but that just enraged him more. In the end he got off at the next stop but I was wondering what you guys would do in that situation.

I was gonna get involved if he hit the guy or anything like that and I could see a few others on the train that were thinking the same thing.

anyway just thought it was interesting

Insert my keyboard sideways into his brain. It's the only way to be sure.

Does the fact that the guy was Indian have any bearing on the story, or are you just using it to try and inject a hint of racism into the thread. More importantly, did this Indian guy actually touch the "chav" in the first place and in someway justified the shouting?

Why? If he strikes first the chav can't hurt an innocent person.

is he authority or law? If he got up and hit the chav, and then the asian guy joined in too, what then would happen in the eyes of the law? What if the guy had a knife, What if the guy had a gun, What if the guy had mustard.

Personally I feel it was a chav being a chav, And generally, they shout and scream, but if they are alone, they never do more than that.

.. He didn't, he got off the train. So as it was, it would have been Apez hitting an innocent person.

Just because you think someone is behaving like a fool doesnt give you the right to dish out your own home brew justice. The chav obviously thought he was in the right, and would have seen the situation differently. Walking around hitting people you dont agree with makes you a chav, utterly and entirely. Of course, something should have been said, and a fight stopped if it had broken up.. But a preemptive smack around the jaw? Thats just pathetic.

I would post on the internet about it.

I'm glad we agree

the fact he was indian was what the chav took offence too, he brushed past him, as you would on a busy train.

smack with with the ocuk keyboard of doom, all the letters are removed apart from the O C U K keys so it leaves an advertistment on the persons face!
