Hopefully when you open it and peel the application tape away the letters should be stuck to it ready to apply to your acrylic sheet. Make sure you squeegee it hard enough onto the acrylic so that when you remove the application tape the letters are firmly stuck down and dont peel back off. This should also prevent paint from seeping underneath too when spraying.
To leift the letters back up use something like a small scalpal blade to lift an edge then a pair of tweezers to peel it off.
