Trine 3 - coming 2015

Purchased, just to support the efforts of people that make such "beautiful" games, even my other half (a computer game philistine) said "oooh that's pretty what's that" and that's high praise indeed.

I got the 3 pack, ive redeemed my copy fine, the other 2 I have in my gift inventory. Will post a thread in the for sale forum.

One reserved for manju.

I got the early access and very early impressions are very good. I will be doing a full review in the next few days after some proper gameplay.

Looks beautiful and using FXAA and SMAAX2. Game feels weird though at times and not exactly smooth even though frame rates are high.

Edit - Not tried NV 3D yet but if it's like the first 2 games then it will be epic! However, to get decent frame rates I will have to dial back the graphical options. Will charge my glasses tonight and play in 3D Vision tomorrow.
Edit 2 - Glasses were charged and 3D works well, as I assumed but then you sacrifice the game's vivid colours.

I still need to complete Trine 2. I've been stuck on the same level for months and come back to it every so often. I may just watch a video online for the part I'm stuck at

No I'm on 347.88 because I was having flickering and crashes with the latest drivers in KF2. I never had a chance to try the game with the latest drivers.

I will give that a go cheers. Not sure they work on the TX but will find out tomorrow :)

played what i can only assume to be the first level last night (the guy with sword and sheild) bearing in mind this is my first taste of Trine (Ive always loved the look of the games and own Trine & Trine 2 aswell but never actually played them)

It seemed ridiculously easy though. are these games as easy as that all the way through?

Yeah, pretty much. You get a lot of light puzzles, but they usually involve stacking a lot of boxes/planks or, in Trine 2, directing water (often using boxes/planks) or wind/fire using pipes.
