"Triple A" games you wasted money on.

You don't like all the games you mentioned?

I like some elements of most of the games, I just would have preferred to have the money back and them not in my "not installed" game list.

Metal Gear Solid V I might get back into, as it does look awesome. The main problem is me. It is impossible for me to play and complete at least 350 games, while playing upcoming games as they are released. I'm stupid.

EDIT: Saying that, if a game really does live up to the hype in my eyes, Witcher 3, GTA V, Assassins Creed 2, Uncharted 4, Until Dawn to name a few, I play nothing else until I complete them.

Disagree with:
Alien Isolation - Good fun. Still playing.
Sleeping Dogs - Thought it was gonna be cheap junk, turned out really good fun!

Agree with:
Bioshock
Hitman series
Every Assassins Creed after Ezio
Titanfall

Would also add:
Watchdogs
The Division - Was OK, but not worth the price and they can forget all the DLC and stuff.
Just Cause
Tomb Raider reboot

Plenty of other disappointments, but most either aren't AAA titles, and/or were ones that looked a whole lot better in the trailers/screenshots than what I ended up getting, rather than being driven by hype.

Ones that spring to mind are.....

Fallout 4
Watchdogs
Dirt Rally
The Division
Farcry 4
Elite Dangerous

Just couldn't get into any of them, not sure what the problem with any of them is but theg just didn't grab me.

Witcher 3 may make the list shortly but I'm desperately trying to get into it!

I have installed Alien Isolation to test on my new setup, and because I've never read anything bad about it, apart from IGNs review, and GameTM saying it over stayed its welcome by about 20 hours. What gets me is that everyone says it has amazing graphics? It doesn't in 1080p as far as I played(before I met the alien, and no I'm not scared...)

Alien Isolation - the first 8 hours are GOTY material but it just dragged on well passed my point of interest.

GTAIV - Got sucked in despite not liking any of the GTA3 games.

No Man's Sky - No explanation necessary.

Stick with Witcher 3, doing the side quests and treasure hunts are where the fun's at.

Well I'm happy with myself for not getting NMS. What put me off was the slime-ball in charge of happy games or whatever it's called. What a creep, who I never heard a straight answer from, and who blatantly lied.

Only one that springs to mind for me is Age of Conan - 1st 20 levels were great, last 60 were pathetic, 2 quests every 10 levels, unpopulated dungeons, etc, game was barely alpha ready let alone ready for release.

Looking at that list I would advise you to stop buying/playing stealthly games

Deus Ex, Dishonored, Hitman, Alien Isolation etc...

Well spotted. But I like the Original Splinter Cell, in fact all including Conviction even. I did like Assassins Creed : Brotherhood, and loved assassins Creed 2/3.

But you do have a point, MGSV is also stealth, and very unforgiving which I don't like.
