trojan problem

keep getting this in nod32.

when i try to remove it - access denied - file is locked.

when i try to rename it - access denied

when i try to do anything with it, access denied.

looked under processes and its not running...

Can you boot in Safe Mode and try manually deleting it?

Press F8 like a madman when your Pc is booting to get the option to use safe mode.

I had something similar in BitDefender in the end I disabled BitDefender, Disabled system restore, deleted the file then purged the recycle (norton protected) bin (a legacy from NAV 2003), enabled BitDefender, did virus scan (nothing found), enabled system restore.
