Trust

Honesty then trust. If you can't be honest then you won't trust.

But it has to be from both people at the same time otherwise it won't work.
 
She has lots of guy friends which i seem to have a problem with. She used to club all the time and says she has never done anything wrong or anything that would affect her self-respect (sleeping with guy from club etc). I believe her, of course.

I'm sure most guys would not like it if your girlfriend was spending lots of time with other guys (espcially in a LDR). But i'm sure she wouldnt like it if i would do the same with other girls.

I've been in a similar position before.

Long distance relationships are difficult, always that thinking of whom there with and why aren't they responding.

In all honesty if your doubting now your'll forever doubt even if they tell you to trust them.

If you don't trust her now, its not going to work. It's very hard to build trust over a long distance relationship, the trust must be there first before you start. My relationship is unfortunately long distance for the time being - although for the first 2 years we were together it wasn't and this is where the trust was built. As a result, I'm lucky enough not to have trust issues now we are living apart.
