I call current buns teacakes. toasted teacakes are one of my favorite things, just slightly behind Chelsea Buns.

A few years back a mate told me about a sandwich consisting of Strawberry Jam, and Cheese.

Thats so random, was over my wifes grandparents house earlier, and they were on about jam and cheese. Im going to have to try it.

They seemed to think there was a perfect cheese for each type of jam, what are your recommendations then?

I just had strawb jam with some sliced mild cheddar.

Was tasty!

I think it would be awful with processed cheese though
