Tuna

I've heard of the murcury thing, but how does it happen? I'm guessing it isn't in the fresh fish and is only present in the tinned fish? I like to have it occasionally though more recently i've found I prefer salmon sandwiches :)

yeh, i eat it with tomatoes, lettuce, rice, pasta, mixed beans and a variety of sauces. (not all at the same time!)

The worst combo i did was tinned corned beef mixed with tuna rice and mayo. It looked and tasted what i imagine dog food to taste like :(

Mixed beans with tomato sauce from morrisons and tuna is a great combo

is that true? eating too much tuna is bad for you? i have a home made tuna cheese sandwich everyday for lunch that gets toasted so the cheese melts. i think im addicted as even when i have the choice of eating a tuna cheese in rubbish wholemeal bread, or eating lovely pate with baguette or something even ebtter, i always choose tuna cheese, like today for example, exaclty what i did

Tuna is at the top of the food chain and as such mercury tends to accumulate in greater concentrations there.

i don't like any sea (not)food, but tuna is especially disgusting.

Weird.
