This. Jealousy is a lousy trait.
Hamilton having a difficult weekend and poor qualifying with a car that doesn't work in the cold rain and slippery surface, and he still manages to dominate to win the WDC with three races in hand, and equal the all time championship record. He's just in a league of his own. Other top drivers must be counting the days till he retires and gives them a chance.
What a race that was. Gutted for Stroll but what a way to win your 7th championship. That was a fantastic drive.
Glad Vettel finished on the podium with Hamilton as there would be no one better for him to share his podium with. Perez is always there as usual! If he hasn't earned a call from Red Bull tomorrow I'm not sure what else he can do

One more season and hopefully he retires so we can hopefully have closer championships and less predictable races.

More likely that as there is nothing to be jealous about unless you yourself are a profesional driver in the same grid trying to win races but your other peer is doing so instead

I feel strangely emotional because Michael's records are being worn away and I never thought I'd see it happen, but no matter how good the machinery is, you've got to have the talent behind you to win. See V.Bottas for an example of what this isn't.

Hamilton was by far the best driver. his car was worse than ferrari, racing point and red bull and he somehow managed to keep those tyres on for 40+ laps matching the red buls etc
