Surely it's confirming the facts in the statement.
There are better ways of doing it though.

Without Prejudice has a specific meaning and purpose. It has nothing to do with the Cadet Leader's personal feelings towards your son."that XXXX XXXXXXXX has been suspended without prejudice" surely there is prejudice because he was suspended based on another parent claiming 4 people have been "bullying" there son who has aparently cried 17 times since joining cadets.....
this could have been avoided by not skiving.
if you learned to start a letter with "i am writing" you learnt wrong.
but these days english is a lazy language so it wouldnt suprise me.
DON?T start with clich? phrases like ?I am writing because…? or ?With regards to…?. This simply appears that you don?t know where to start. The real message won?t start until after those phrases, so why not eliminate the unnecessary and uncreative words?
if your writing a letter and want to instantly get the persons attention show some inteligence

peace and ****ing, yeah?
We're thinking about implementing these 'return/back to work interview.' For us the idea was to try and make people think twice about bunking off work for no reason, but obviously you cant just have interviews with people who you think are bunking off. So everyone has to have one. (Prolly get out of it with a doctors note, dont know the details)
Seems to have some effect though if its causing some annoyance if only because the guy himself irritates you.

if he had been off for flu and brought a letter in from doctor for being ill then his boss would have taking this in to account. got to be more to the story!
Just because he abbreviated SE07EP1 or whatever doesnt mean hes dodgy.
That has what to do with anything?
Oh and lol@dodgy website remarks, shows how dumb some people are.

"You're percentage is 5%, yeah?"
"umhmm"
"That's over the 3% review level, yeah?"
<-- What can I say here? 3 is infact bigger than 5, and thus I'm under the review level?![]()
