TV looks smashed/cracked, but no external damage?

The OP's TV is edge-lit, the damage wasn't caused by an LED "leaking".

Ah ok, saw it was a Q model. Didn't think the QLED's used edge-lit technology.

So it couldn’t be a burst LED either? Could anything other than impact damage cause it?
