Watched it tonight and really enjoyed it. Not going to win any awards but just good entertainment.

Okay for what it was, however lacks the charm of the original. Very few movies these days have the 'charm' of movies in previous eras

I can't remember the last time I sat in a cinema to watch something. What was 4DX again? (picturing someone sat behind you waving a hair dryer).

Shaking seat, air blasts, water sprays, fog etc etc.

4DX envelops you in the world of your favourite movies, engulfing you with motion-assisted seats and effects including water, wind, fog, bubbles – and even snow in select cinemas.

Just seen it - 1st quarter was dull, 2nd was better, 3rd was very good and 4th dropped for me - Overall a 6/10 film, leads did well, story overall was fine (definite nit picks though), CGI was fine etc, but overall that all it was, "fine", it was definitely missing something that made the original way better for me in the interaction between people and the quality of the background actors vs this modern one.

Nitpick - I spent 20 years working on military Radars, and now 10 years teaching others to work on them and this film..........................Ohhhhhhhh Boy but for the average Joe, it's fine I guess

We caught this last week. Really enjoyed the original and thought this was okay. Not so sure about her stopping tornadoes though.

Watched this a couple of weeks ago. Twister was one of my favourite films of my youth. I really enjoyed this new one. Was good to watch at the cinema as well.

I watched this the other night. It had its ups and downs, but in general, it was a couple of hours of fun.
I don't regret watching it, but wouldn't watch it again.

Little bit disappointed that I never watched it at the cinema now as I really enjoyed it. Missing a little bit of the charm of the first one!

Was a bit disappointed with this as I thought it was going to be pretty good but it just lacked something which made it a bit boring and predictable. No where near as good as the first unfortunately.

I enjoyed it. It might not win any Oscars but it did entertain.

I felt there wasn't enough identifiable wind effect at some stages, but thought the two main stars did well together.

Watched Twisters then within a couple of hours fired up the original to do a relative back to back comparison..

The problem with the original is once you have been alerted to the various 'goofs' its hard not to let those pull you out of the moment which detracts a bit, but overall you still see the stark difference in story telling and narratives to the detriment of Twisters.

The original feels more organic , the new one seems full of OTT Fake Caricatures (Dude Bro++ !)

5/10 for me, worth a watch, but only just.
