Two greedy Italians

I'm really enjoying this as well. Planning my first trip to Italy this September, and this is really making me look forward to it, as well as giving lots of ideas for foods to look out for while I'm there :)
 
I didn't realise, but Jamie Oliver learnt his trade so speak at Carluccio's restaurant in Covent Garden, where Gennaro Contaldo was one of the main chefs.
 
Made the Ricotta dumplings last night. Again, so simple and came out delicious :)

The mrs is cooking the pork in honey and ginger tonight - having a bit of an Italian fest at the moment!
 


Italian Easter lamb with peas, delicious and easy to cook. Starter was bruschetta with asparagus and Parma ham, dessert was Panatone and butter pudding.
