I paid and then got a page timeout try again error but I also got a paypal confirmation for the payment...

I got my key instantly, did paypal and literally the next minute had my key

As noted, my key was also instantly. In fact I thought that it was merely a confirmation of the order as it came so quickly.
As the others it was instant and displayed on the confirmation page which in your case timed out. You would have had to create an account to place your order, log in and check under My Account > Orders to confirm the order was processed, if the order is there click on Details and your key will be displayed.

@Begbie That's strange, just checked using a different browser and price still comes up at £19.12. Does the game show as 23% off?

Sadly I have not been the excited for a game for a long time. I absolutely loved Theme Hospital, and have watched a good few videos on this and it looks absolutely fantastic. All of the comedy of the original with a new coat of paint.
